Frontlynk develops RF, microwave and millimeter-wave interconnect products for communications, test and measurement, data-center hardware, radar and advanced wireless systems. Its portfolio includes RF coaxial connectors, microwave coaxial connectors, millimeter-wave connectors, RF coaxial cables, testing cables, multi-coax systems, RF switches and dedicated assembly tools. Standard connector families include BNC, N, TNC, BMA and precision interfaces such as 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm, 1.35 mm, 1.0 mm and 0.8 mm. Frontlynk’s 1.0 mm interfaces support operation to 110 GHz, while its 0.8 mm connector technology targets frequencies to 145 GHz for 6G R&D and D-band testing. Multi-coax products provide high-density multi-channel connections to 67 GHz and are intended for data-center, QSFP and high-speed test modules. The company also offers RF switches for automated microwave test systems, with SPDT and SP6T configurations covering frequencies up to 26.5 GHz. Frontlynk positions its 5G and millimeter-wave solutions for product design, laboratory verification and production measurement from 18 GHz to 110 GHz. Applications include 5G/6G development, autonomous mmWave radar, satellite connectivity, VNA test-port extensions and high-speed digital validation. For RF engineers, connector selection requires control of characteristic impedance, insertion loss, return loss, VSWR, repeatability, mating geometry and cable stability. At millimeter-wave frequencies, mechanical precision and launch geometry become part of the RF design itself. Frontlynk’s portfolio therefore supports both permanent RF interconnection and repeatable laboratory or production-test interfaces across microwave and millimeter-wave systems.
